Forth Gen Holdings Ltd. manages apartment rental buildings at premier locations situated in Vancouver, BC’s West End, beside English Bay and Davie Street and Denman Street. Upon setting foot in one of our buildings, you’ll notice a higher standard of quality. From the moment you enter the lobby to the cleanliness of the building you’ll notice the care taken. Our management team is a cut above the rest and takes great pride in the high standards we uphold.
Expect friendly and professional care from the live-in resident manager at each of our buildings. They and all of our administrative staff have the experience and skills to manage every aspect of the suite rental process. Should something not be right in a rental apartment or the building, we expect prompt notification from our tenants and in turn, our tenants can expect prompt attention to resolving the issue. We endeavor to treat all people fairly, and for our tenants, that involves appreciating the faith they put in us to oversee the management of their home.
